About Digital Group
Digital Group, LLC is a Low Voltage Telecommunications Design and Installation Contractor based in the Southeast US licensed with offices and personnel in Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina.
The Company was founded in 2006 as a Tennessee Corporation, based in Hendersonville. In 2012 DG acquired the Infrastructure Cabling Division of Digital Connections Inc. (DCI). In 2005 DCI had purchased the Eastern and Middle TN divisions of Network Communications Systems, (NCS) which became DCI’s Cabling Division. NCS was formed in TN in 2001.

Mr. Bohannon joined Digital Group, LLC in 2014 as Vice President of Finance with over 20 years of experience in Executive Finance and Business Consulting.
Prior to joining Digital Group, Mr. Bohannon’s past experience included 9 years as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Nationwide Studios, Inc. and 6 years with Business Consulting firm ePartners.
Mr. Bohannon earned an Accounting Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Tennessee State University.

Kelly Head has served as Vice President of Operations for Digital Group, LLC since 2012, and served in other executive and management roles at previous firms, Concepts in Communications and Digital Connections, Inc. Kelly offers a wealth of experience within the Telecommunications Industry and has garnered over 30 years of experience throughout the South Eastern United States. With more than two decades of experience as an Operations Manager and Vice President, Kelly provides incomparable expertise and unparalleled value to Digital Group, LLC.
Kelly has been a Bicsi Designated RCDD for more than 20 years and is an esteemed United States Navy Veteran. He has also obtained numerous certifications from telecommunications industry associations and manufacturers.Head

Director of Sales
David Hemingway started with Digital Group in 2014 as a sales representative and assumed the Director of Sales position in 2022. David has over 30 years in information technology sales including working with integrators, contractors and network carriers.
David started his career in IT sales in 1990 with an IBM reseller, CBM Computer Center and has sales and sales management positions for AT&T, Sprint and Digital Connections Inc., achieving multiple sales awards along the way.
David obtained an Institutional Management/Business Administration degree from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY.
